Most installers compete on price. We compete on these four. Every quote we send out states the spec for each pillar in writing — the U-value, the locking points, the warranty in years, the colour code. So you can compare like-for-like against any other quote without guessing.
We don’t sell off-the-shelf windows. Every order is custom-manufactured to the exact opening size measured on your survey, in the colour, glazing pattern and operation style you specify. The quote is the price — no “unfortunately your opening doesn’t fit our standard size” surprises on installation day.
Quality uPVC windows fitted by our own employed team realistically perform for 30 years — frame integrity, hinge action, seal compression, all of it. Every install carries a written 10-year workmanship guarantee from Airtight, on top of the manufacturer’s warranty on the unit itself (10–15 years on windows, 12 years on composite doors).
Front doors are the most-targeted entry point in Irish burglary statistics. Every window and door we fit ships with the security spec that insurers increasingly ask for at renewal — multi-point locking, anti-snap cylinders, laminated glass on glazed sections, and child restrictors on all opening windows as standard.
Lower U-value = less heat lost through the window = lower heating bill. Our windows hit U-values from 0.8 W/m²K on triple-glazed solutions and 1.2–1.4 W/m²K on double glazing. Every spec is well inside the SEAI grant threshold of 1.4 W/m²K, with independent certification included on every install.
The small commitments that add up to a stress-free install. None of these are upsells — they’re what every Airtight job includes by default.
No subcontractors. The same crew that quoted is the crew that fits.
