We recently had new windows and doors installed by Airtight, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Airtight came highly recommended by a friend who had a great experience, and it's easy to see why. Owen came out to assess the house and talked us through the different options that would work for us. He followed up with a very competitive quote that actually beat some double-glazing prices that we had got while Airtight were providing triple glazing. The U-values achieved on the windows and doors are exceptionally strong, and we're really happy with the result. The removal of the old windows was done cleanly and tidily, and the installation itself was completed to a very high standard. The team also took the time to fill and properly insulate gaps left from poor insulation work dating back to the late 1990s, which we really appreciated. The install crew were fantastic throughout. They arrived early each day, worked efficiently, and were always clean, tidy, and exceptionally courteous. Overall it was a very positive experience, and we have only good things to say about Airtight, Owen, and the entire installation crew. We've already had some cold days since the install, and the impact of the new windows and doors was immediate. We would happily recommend them.
